The Eastern Tenements cover approximately 1,570 km² of ground 40 km south-east of Nyngan in central New South Wales. The package lies directly along strike from Aeris Resources’ Tritton copper operations and hosts more than 100 km of prospective strike for Tritton-style copper-gold mineralisation.

Helix has undertaken systematic auger sampling across the Collerina trend, returning highly encouraging pathfinder results. More than 600 auger samples have outlined strong antimony, arsenic and gold anomalies, considered indicative of Tritton-style Cu-Au deposits. Assays include peaks of 187 ppb Au at Max’s Folly, 39 ppb Au at Alderbaran and 44 ppb Au at Gwinear, while Tarawera and Iowaba returned peaks of 59 ppb Au and 37 ppb Au respectively.

These anomalies extend over multi-kilometre scales and several remain untested. Infill and extensional auger drilling is planned once cropping constraints ease, with drilling to follow. With no previous drilling in key areas, the Eastern Tenements provide a pipeline of high-quality copper-gold targets within a proven mineral belt.
